These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of chewmandu.com and any purchase you make from Chewmandu Distributors LLC ("Chewmandu", "we", "us"). By placing an order or using this site, you agree to them.
Orders & product use
Chewmandu chews are a treat for dogs, not a meal replacement, and are not for human consumption. They are intended for dogs over 12 weeks old and up to 60 lbs. Always supervise your dog while chewing, take away small pieces, and keep fresh water available. You are responsible for choosing a chew size appropriate to your dog.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or if an item is unexpectedly out of stock — in which case we will refund you in full.
Pricing & payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay for that order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (Visa, American Express, PayPal, and Shop Pay). Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address as required by law.
Subscriptions & auto-renewal
The short version
Subscribe & Save charges you every 30 days at the price you locked in, and you can skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account with no penalty.
If you choose a "Subscribe & Save" plan:
Your first pack ships immediately after checkout.
A new pack is automatically prepared and charged to your original payment method every 30 days thereafter, at the per-delivery price shown at the time you subscribed, unless that price changes with notice to you.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled — there is no fixed number of deliveries.
You can skip an upcoming delivery, change your chew size, or cancel entirely at any time from your account or by emailing info@chewmandu.com. Cancellations take effect on your next scheduled renewal; there is no fee or other call required.
To avoid being charged for an upcoming delivery, cancel or skip at least 48 hours before your renewal date.
This section is intended to meet state auto-renewal disclosure laws (including California’s Automatic Renewal Law) and the FTC’s rules on negative-option subscriptions.
Shipping

Wholesale & reseller accounts
Wholesale pricing and terms are separate from retail Terms and are confirmed in writing once a wholesale application is approved. Submitting the wholesale form is an inquiry, not a binding order.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to submit false information, attempt to access non-public areas of our systems, or send spam through our contact or wholesale forms.
Intellectual property
The Chewmandu name, logo, and site content are owned by Chewmandu Distributors LLC and may not be used without written permission.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Chewmandu is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or product, beyond the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
