Processing time
Orders placed before 1:00 PM Central Time on a business day are typically packed and handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Rates & free shipping
Shipping is quoted per account, alongside your trade pricing, and depends on where your deliveries go and how much you order at a time. Your rates appear with your order once your trade account is approved.
Carriers & transit time
We ship via USPS and UPS from our Frisco, TX distribution center. Typical transit time after processing is 2-5 business days depending on your location within the contiguous United States. We currently ship to all 50 states. Alaska, Hawaii, and rural addresses may take a few days longer.
Subscription deliveries
If you are on Subscribe & Save, your next pack is automatically prepared and shipped every 30 days from your last order date. You will get an email a few days before each renewal so there are no surprises, and you can skip or reschedule from your account before it ships.
Order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our facility. If tracking has not updated within 3 business days, email us and we will look into it.
Restrictions
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO military addresses. We are not yet able to ship to P.O. boxes for orders containing more than one pack, due to carrier size limits.
Delays
Severe weather, high-volume seasons (like the winter holidays), and carrier disruptions can occasionally add a few days to transit time. We will flag known widespread delays on this page when they happen.
